How to Store PE Pipes Correctly

Proper storage of PE (polyethylene) pipes is essential to maintain their mechanical strength and extend service life.

UV rays accelerate aging. Store pipes in a shaded, well-ventilated warehouse. If outdoor storage is unavoidable, cover them with UV-resistant fabric.

·Control the Environment
Keep away from heat sources, oil, and chemicals. Ensure a dry, ventilated area to prevent deformation or surface oxidation.

·Stack Properly
Place pipes on flat supports, avoid sharp objects, and keep stacking height below 1.5 m.

Label each batch with production date and lot number. Follow the “first in, first out” rule.
